All of PTS' trainers and assessors are current or former real estate agents and have many years experience in the industry. They all hold their training and education and real estate qualifications which puts them in a unique position to be able to appreciate our clients perspective and assist them to achieve their goals.

Guy has over 20 years experience in many aspects of the real estate industry, as salesperson, property manager, sales management, mortgage and finance, as well as being owner of a buyer's agency in France.

In 2002 Guy joined a leading real estate franchise group as a sales coach for their top new salespeople and as a sales trainer in the eastern states. This led to the development of the RTO and the opportunity to combine skills development with accreditation towards regulatory compliance. Since 2004, the RTO has grown from a provider of CPD training in NSW to a leading provider of traineeships and licence courses to the real estate industry in NSW, QLD and the ACT.

Guy's vision for PTS is to be the first choice provider of vocational qualifications to the real estate industry, empowering clients to achieve their licence or registration and have their business skills recognised through a formal qualification right across the real estate industry in Australia. Guy currently holds the qualifications listed below:

  • Certificate IV in Property (Real Estate)
  • Diploma in Business
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Certificate IV in Financial Services
  • Certificate IV in Outdoor Recreation and Leisure Management

Carmen

Carmen joined PTS with over 10 years of Real Estate experience in Property Management, where she was both as a department manager, then later as a Team Leader and Business Development Manager.

Carmen’s previous roles in customer service and project management within the building industry mean that she is well placed to understand the training needs within the real estate industry and firmly believes that developing operational systems, and training & development are 2 of the key ingredients that can create a successful team in any ambitious business environment.

 

 

Carmen currently holds the qualifications listed below:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment;
  • NSW Real Estate Licence;
  • Diploma of Marketing

 

Carmen's responsibilities for PTS include:

  • All clients in New South Wales & the ACT
  • CPD training

Rachel

Rachel has worked within the real estate industry for the past 10 years and joined PTS from a corporate training position in one of Australia's leading franchise groups. 

 

Her many roles within the industry has given her a plethora of real estate and training skills which she uses to support PTS clients to help them achieve their goals and meet their training needs.  

 

 

 

Rachel currently holds the qualifications listed below:

  • Certificate IV in Property (Real Estate);
  • Certificate IV in Training and Education;
  • Certificate IV in Business

 

Rachel's responsibilities for PTS include:

  • All clients in Queensland
  • Business students nationally
  • PTS marketing and promotion
  • E-learning

Natalie started with PTS in a temporary casual role. We liked her and she enjoyed the role so much that 2 years later she is now the co-ordinator for all our NSW trainees and Real Estate Licence Students.

Joining an educational institution was a major sea change for Nat - since completing her School Certificate, she had worked in animal care, both with horses, and at a dog boarding kennels where she gained her Certificate in Animal Behavioural Practices.

Since entering the world of real estate vocational education, Nat has completed the NSW Real Estate Registration Course; her Certificate III in Business Administration and is currently studying towards her Certificate IV in Business.

Andrew graduated from The University of Sydney having completed a Bachelor of Science, with a major in Psychology. Following his graduation, he travelled around Europe for the next 6 months. Upon his return to Australian shores, he began to work for PTS in a temporary casual role. When a vacancy opened up within the company, Andrew was perfectly placed to step in as a Training Administrator. Andrew has been in this role since February and has already become a valued member of the PTS team.

Caitlin has several years experience in administration in the insurance and IT industries. She has recently joined the team at Property Training Solutions as a Training Administrator.

 

Caitlin is undergoing a Certificate III in Business and the NSW Certificate of Registration course. She is keen to pursue a career in the real estate industry.
