Get organised
Clearing cluttered desks helps counteract stress & avoids you wasting time looking for things! A cluttered desk makes a cluttered mind!

Plan your day
Say no to post it notes! Make a master list in order of priority & tackle the worst things first! Give yourself a deadline & stick to it!

Boost your energy
Many of us skip lunch or eat at our desks. This is bad for productivity. You need to give your body & mind enough rest for it to function correctly. Go for a quick walk after eating, not only is it good for your physical health, but will work wonders for your metal health too!

Identify Time Wasters
Look at your day & decide what things you do are unnecessary or could be delegated. Be proactive & eliminate these obstacles.

Finish what your doing the first time
Interruptions are always going to happen, but remember, you can make the decision about what you will do first. Take a proactive stand & respond to interruptions by putting them off until you've finished. You don't just save physical time by doing this, you also save mental time because if you quit before you're through, you'll have to go back & think it through again.
