To be successful in gaining your QLD Real Estate Registration, competency must be demonstrated in all 7 specified core units:
- Work in the real estate industry - CPPDSM4080A
- Identify the legal and ethical requirements of property sales to complete agency work - CPPDSM4008A
- Lease property - CPPDSM4010A
- List property for sale - CPPDSM4012A
- Minimise agency and consumer risk - CPPDSM4015A
- Sell and finalise the sale of property by private treaty - CPPDSM4022A
