Real Estate Licence QLD - Course Outline

There are a total of 19 units that must be completed that will enable you to apply for your real estate licence in QLD. Most of these units are completed through our 5 day workshop. The remaining units can be completed through RPL and/or via correspondence.

Participants may qualify for recognition of prior learning (RPL). For more information regarding RPL, please download the RPL information document from our client resources page on our website.

Participants may also qualify for credit transfers and must provide transcripts of any courses completed with the last 3 years to apply.

Participants will complete a competency self-assessment which will provide a guide on their experience to determine an assessment plan and options for completing their course.

Timescale

PTS will assess participants current skills and knowledge and design a real estate licence course that will include Recognition of Prior Learning and attendance at all or some of the 5 day workshops.

Entry Requirements

To be eligible for your real estate licence in QLD you must be over the age of 18. To enrol in the accelerated course you must have a minimum of 12 months experience in the Real Estate industry. You must also hold your QLD Real Estate Certifcate.

Course Fees

PTS charge a flat fee that is inclusive of any RPL that needs to be completed. Full payment is required before attendance at the licence training course. Please contact us to find out current prices for your agency.

Enrolment Process

• Download and complete the enrolment form on this page and send to PTS with your ID and payment information
• Provide a copy of your QLD Real Estate Certificate including the statements of attainment for each of the units completed
• You will then complete a competency self-assessment so we can assess your current real estate experience
• A trainer will then create a training plan for you based on your individual experience
