Traineeships
What is a Traineeship?
A traineeship is where an employee works within your business and is also studying towards a nationally recognised qualification.
In order for structured training to be considered a traineeship, a Training Contract is signed by both the employer and trainee and registered with the NSW Department of Educationand Training (DET).
Training is delivered by PTS, a Registered Training Organisation, which has to meet stringent standards to meet the requirements of the training package.
Why employ a Trainee?
