We will not disclose any information that we gather about our students or staff to any third party, unless required by legislation. We use the information collected ly for the services we provide. 

If information regarding an individual is requested by a third party other than legislative requirements, we will obtain written consent from the relevant individual prior to releasing any information.

Should individuals seek access to their own personal information, they should place their request in writing and send to the office of Property Training Solutions.

If enrolled in PTS' traineeships, we will be required to provide information about your traineeship to the Australian Apprenticeship Centre, Department of Education and Training and the Vocational Education and Training Advisory Board, where requested. We will also provide information, where requested, to the trainee's employer.
